BAT Affair: Amon is looking for Goldgruber Suspension
VIENNA. Prior to the attack, "a certain pressure of expectation" was carried out, Minister of Justice Moser confirmed in the investigation committee.

On Tuesday, WP leader Werner Amon "from Coalitionerson" in the BVT Investigation Commission denied critical questions to Interior Minister Herbert Kickle (FP). Yesterday, the non-aggression pact was out of force. Amon urged Kickle to test the "temporary suspension" of its Secretary-General Peter Goldgruber.
Background: At the end of the year, Justice Minister Josef Moser (VP) ordered Prosecutor Korneuburg to investigate a controversial search warrant, including the history he said Goldgruber was a key player. Moser confirmed yesterday in the U-committee that numerous notifications have been received in the meantime, mainly due to irregularities in power. This also affects Minister Kickle, members of his Cabinet Udo Lett, BVT Director Peter Gridling and corruption prosecutor Ursula Schmudermayer.
Because there is obviously a suspicion against Goldgruber and Lett, they are suspected. For both, the presumption of innocence applies. Amon recalled that at the beginning of the year after the raid on BVT, Kickl temporarily suspended Gridling in a similar situation. For Amon, it would be "incompatible", for example, if the prosecutor would have to seek police assistance in the investigation of the top official in the chain of command of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They did not want to comment on Amon's claim at the ministerial office.
Justice Minister Moser defended the Schmudermayer's proceedings in the U-committee. The Higher Regional Court (OLG) in Vienna later confirmed that there was a reasonable suspicion against employees at BVT. However, Moser also presented a "certain expectation pressure" that came from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The testimony of an IT expert, which would allow remote deletion of intelligence data, is particularly significant for the race, which was also said to be disproportionate to the higher regional court. A claim that later turned out to be wrong. Schmudermayer, which has already become the third appearance in the BVT committee, has often avoided the statement because it was investigated for misuse of position and false evidence of evidence.
