The airline "Brussels Airlines" had to take precaution on Saturday, around 19:00, just before the scheduled arrival, Het Nieuwsblad announces.
It was the SN3778 flight that connected Ibiza with Zaventem. Due to engine problems, the aircraft pilot warned flight controllers. He was forced to take precaution: "It's different from an emergency landing," Brussels Airlines spokesman told our colleagues. "In this case, the plane has priority and can land first."
Firefighters continued to be warned: "But it's a normal procedure," one side of the company says.
There were no injuries and everything was good for 137 people on board.
