Although the amount of remuneration increases to 7 percent, the cafeteria file remains the same. According to the trade union, the taxpayers' shortcomings are imposed on one employee, which leads to loss of net wages.

The Audi Hungaria Independent Trade Union (AHFSZ) has denied paying wages for the next year, suggesting a substantial increase in wages and an additional cash outflow.

The "Hungarian ZTR" company has signed a two-year salary agreement for employees. It offered to raise wages to 7 per cent and there was a total cafe in the amount of 620,000 HUF per year and did not change the retirement scheme.

The motivation of the employer to pay the base salary is because the item that can be rewarded (non-guaranteed basic wage) is a key element of the company's leadership, "said Vice President of AHFSZ Gyurj Tsalogoni Napi.hu. An article called "Daily Cash" is unacceptable to the staff, as the employer decides to give.

The trade union requires 18 percent, but the minimum wage is 75 thousand, and 4 percent for the money transfer (basic payment).

They also ask for lifting cafeterias in 767,000 forensics because Audi employees need to take into account the cafeteria consumption and cafeteria can be maintained at a reasonable level with average wage levels. At the level proposed by Audi (620,000 HUF per year), the deficiencies caused by tax changes are imposed on one employee.

The most popular cafeteria item in Audin is support for mobile housing – the company has about 3-4 thousand people, but these are equivalent to housing allowance, but are tax-deductible for the future. So I lost half of this sum.

Hungarian Hungaria Zrt did not want to comment on the situation.
