Traffic jams moving south to State Highway near Pinehill.
One person was left with serious injuries after a collision on the Auckland North Highway.
Drivers are being warned to wait for delays after a clash that occurred on Saturday around 12.50 hours.
About two hours after that, the collision continued to block two right paths near Pinehill.
One person, who was originally imprisoned in a vehicle, was taken to the emergency department of the Auckland hospital in a serious condition.
The New Zealand Transport Agency said construction timetables were 500m north of Lonely Track Rd at 2 pm and 40 minutes.
He advised the southern traffic north of Redwell to bypass the Dairy Flat or East Coast Rd.
Traffic south of Redwell was asked to bypass the Oteh Valley through Albany.
A spokesman for the police said traffic cams showed that there was a "big stop".
