Namely, according to claims from the trade union, employees could be sent to paid leave until the beginning of the summer collective vacation from July 29 to August 19.
In the trade union, the information about the term of the summer collective vacation is officially confirmed, while on the departure to pay the absence of "informality" during the next week, and "it is just about to".
The president of the Independent Trade Union in FCA Serbia, Zoran Markovi, said that the workers will work safely on Monday and Tuesday, and that the production during 208 business days in each of the two shifts, that is, a total of 416.
He added that, on the basis of "some things", there is the possibility that the next week the employees will be informed about going to the paid leave until the beginning of the collective summer vacation on July 29th.
Markovi reminded that the Government of Serbia approved the possibility for additional days paid leave by the end of this year, a total of 132 days.
This means that the number of paid leave is increased by 87, apart from the law allowed for 45 days a year.
Markovi said that a number of vacation workers are likely to be used to perform seasonal jobs.
