Banesko has enabled the management of digital banking from abroad

Banesko announced on Wednesday that the bank account business in the digital platform can be exported from abroad for individuals.

"From November 28, clients Banesco Banco Universala will conduct" Digital Banking Reporting Abroad "in BanescOnline, a necessary condition for carrying out credit card transfer and payment transactions to third parties in Banesco and third parties of another bank outside Venezuela "Banesko said in a statement published on his website.

The bank entity stressed that the action must be notified in the electronic platform and does not require the shipment of documents before any agency. This action must be taken if the client is planning to leave the country for a long time or for an indefinite period of time.

"In the travel notification, accessed by the Manage / Tracking Application in BanescOnline, the client must indicate the place and period in which he will remain outside the country, according to Circular Number SIB-DSB-14539, issued by the Superintendent of the banking sector institution (Sudeban) August 27, 2018, "the statement said.

Users of this bank reported that Internet access to their bank accounts was blocked abroad, preventing them from managing their movements in the bank.
